Hello Precious Believers,
I know you are concerned for the coming election and the state of our nation. I woke up this morning asking God to show me how to pray
for America. This is what He Laid on my heart. I immediately got up and wrote
it down.
Perhaps you will join with fellow believers and pray this
prayer for our nation. I believe the prayer of agreement, corporate prayer is
important (as in the book of Esther) and II Chron.7:14.

PRAYER FOR
AMERICA
O God of
heaven, Great and Mighty Warrior, arise and let Your enemies be scattered. (Ex.
15:3 and Psa. 68: 10.) Let those who hate you flee for their lives.
Father, we
praise YOU and honor You, Creator of heaven and earth and all that is within.
We know You inhabit the praises of Your people. We are Your people, and we
praise You with the fruit of our lips because you are worthy!
Father we come
as joint heirs with Jesus Christ our Redeemer. We come to the court of heaven
in the garments His righteousness. We come boldly to Your throne as Your word
says for us to do.
We come
knowing that we have an adversary who walks the earth seeking whom he may
devour. We declare by the authority of Your word, that we do not allow Satan to
devour us or our children's children. We cancel every assignment of the enemy
against us. We lay down a blood line around our households, a land of Goshen
blood line, and we declare there is Light in our camps and the darkness cannot
overcome it because we dwell in the secret place of the Almighty, under
the shadow of Your wings. We decree and declare victory over every scheme of
the enemy against us. We declare he is defeated. We praise You for this
victory.
Father we have
weapons of warfare which are not carnal, but mighty to the pulling down of
strongholds. We take the sword of the Spirit which is Your word, and we command
the strongholds of wickedness in high places to be defeated! We loose the
armies of heaven's angels to drive out spiritual wickedness from our government.
We speak to you minions of hell, in the Name of Jesus which is above every
name, and we command you to take your hands off people who are ministers of
governmental authority in this nation. We come against every godless
legislation and supreme court ruling and command it to be reversed. We repent
for our nation's failure to vote against such rulings, and failure to support
godliness in our candidates. Forgive us merciful God. We join our prayer with
every believer across the world who is praying for restoration of godliness in
America. Hear us from heaven. Heal our land. Be America's God as You said in II
Chron. 7:14.
We declare the
victory belongs to You and to the body of Christ on the earth and the gates of
hell shall not prevail. We decree with Jesus:
Thy kingdom
come, they will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In God we trust, and not
in money or government.
We rejoice and
praise You Father God almighty. Glory to Jesus, king of kings and lord of
lords, halleluiah. You are worthy to receive all glory and honor and majesty
and power forever and ever.
